Born in Budapest, Hungary, Svetec has been dedicated to music since childhood. Trained in a musical primary school, he learned to play several instruments, including piano and flute, laying the foundation for a career that would later help shape the sound of hard techno worldwide. His journey into electronic music began in 2000 with music production, followed by DJing in 2002. Over the following decades, Svetec established himself as one of the genre’s most influential figures and a true pioneer of modern hard techno, helping define the powerful, driving sound that continues to inspire a new generation of artists and ravers. Since 2009, he has performed across the globe, bringing his unmistakable energy to some of the world's leading festivals and events, including Awakenings, Blackworks, Verknipt, Teletech, Nibirii, Monegros, Sziget Festival, Hive Festival, Bonusz Festival, Unreal and 44 Festival.
